    Product Description

    ZXH-1-161 is a molecular glue degrader of G1 to S phase transition protein 1 homolog (GSPT1).1 It promotes the interaction between the E3 ubiquitin ligase cereblon (CRBN) and GSPT1, inducing the degradation of GSPT1. ZXH-1-161 is selective for the degradation of GSPT1 over Ikaros family zinc finger protein 1 (IKZF1), IKZF3, and casein kinase 1α (CK1α) at 1 µM. It inhibits the proliferation of wild-type CRBN-expressing MM.1S multiple myeloma cells but not CRBN-deficient MM.1S cells (IC50s = 0.039 and 27.9 µM, respectively).
