    Product Description

    Lipid TD5 is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 7.3) that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA in vitro and in vivo.1 LNPs containing lipid TD5 undergo endocytosis in a serotonin (5-HT) receptor subtype 1A-dependent manner in primary mouse astrocytes. Intrathecal administration of LNPs containing lipid TD5 selectively traffic to the brain over the liver and spleen in mice.
