    Product Description

    ABBV-467 is an inhibitor of myeloid cell leukemia-1 (Mcl-1; Ki = <0.1 nM).1 It is selective for Mcl-1 over Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, Bcl-W, and Bcl-2-A1 (Kis = >642, >376, >247, and >402 nM, respectively). ABBV-467 reduces the viability of AMO1, NCI H929, and MV4-11 myeloma cells (EC50s = 0.16, 0.47, and 3.91 nM, respectively). In vivo, ABBV-467 (3.13, 6.25, and 12.5 mg/kg) reduces tumor growth in an AMO1 mouse xenograft model.
