    Product Description

VUF 11207 is an agonist of chemokine (C-X-C motif) receptor 7 (CXCR7; EC50 = 1.6 nM in a β-arrestin recruitment assay).1 It also reduces CXCR7 cell surface expression in HEK293 cells expressing the human receptor (EC50 = 14.1 nM). VUF 11207 (5 nM) induces the migration and proliferation of primary human pericytes isolated from patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension.2 In vivo, VUF 11207 (5 mg/kg) increases thoracic adventitia thickness and aorta collagen deposition in a mouse model of hypertension induced by angiotensin II.3
