    Product Description

    Preferentially expressed antigen in melanoma (PRAME) (425-433) is an immunogenic T cell epitope.1 It binds to HLA-A*0201-positive JY B lymphoblastoid cells with an IC50 value of 3.7 µM. Co-culture of PRAME (425-433)-primed isolated human HLA-A*0201-positive antigen-presenting cells with naïve autologous CD8+ T cells to generate PRAME (425-433)-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes induces lysis of MCF-7 breast cancer cells.
