    Product Description

    Val-Ala-PABC-Exatecan is a drug-linker molecule containing the DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor exatecan (Item No. 35452) and a Val-Ala-p-aminobenzyl carbamate (Val-Ala-PABC) linker. It has been used in the synthesis of Mal-PEG8-Val-Ala-PAB-exatecan (Item No. 44595), which has been incorporated into antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) with anticancer activity in mice.1
