    Product Description

    NBD-palmitic acid is a biologically active derivative of palmitic acid (Item Nos. 10006627 | 43561) tagged with a fluorescent nitrobenzoxadiazole (NBD) group at carbon 16. It has been used in the study of lipid uptake and lipid-binding proteins.1,2,3 NBD displays excitation/emission maxima of 460/538 nm, respectively.
