    E. coli Total Lipid Extract is produced by chloroform and methanol extraction of an E. coli cell pellet. This product contains approximately 60% phosphatidylethanolamine, 15% phosphatidylglycerol, 10% cardiolipin, and 15% unknown lipids based on TLC.
