Product Description

STAT3-IN-12 is an inhibitor of STAT3 (IC₅₀ = 2.61 µM).¹ It induces apoptosis in HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma and EC109 esophageal carcinoma cells when used at concentrations of 5, 10, and 20 µM. In vivo, STAT3-IN-12 (20 and 40 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in a HepG2 mouse xenograft model.
