Rosellichalasin is a fungal metabolite that has been found in R. necatrix and and has plant growth inhibitory activity.1 It inhibits lettuce seed germination by 50%, as well as root and hypocotyl growth by 70 and 60%, respectively, when used at a concentration of 100 mg/L.
