    Hancockiamide C is an N-cinnamoylated piperazine fungal metabolite that has been found in A. hancockii and has anti-germination activity.1 It inhibits germination in a seed assay using the dicotyledon species A. thaliana (MIC = 6.3 µg/ml) but not the monocotyledon species E. tef at 100 µg/ml.
