    Product Description

    Lentinan is a polysaccharide of variable molecular weight that has been found in L. edodes.1,2 It contains β-glucan units that contain a main chain of five β-glucopyranosides linked via (1→3) glycosidic bonds with two (1→6)-β-glucopyranoside branches. The biological activities of lentinan are based on its molecular weight and conformation but can include anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral activities.
