    Product Description

DAPT is an inhibitor of γ-secretase, blocking the production of total Aβ in human primary neuronal cultures with an IC50 value of 115 nM and Aβ42 with an IC50 value of 200 nM.1 Through its effects on γ-secretase, DAPT indirectly inhibits Notch, affecting cell signaling and cell differentiation.2,3 DAPT Ancillary Material is intended for use in cell, gene, and tissue engineering applications.

This product has been tested in accordance with GMP principles and meets the expectations for clinical cell, gene, and tissue-engineered products in accordance with USP <1043> “Ancillary Materials for Cell, Gene, and Tissue-engineered Products”.4

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
