    Etomidate-d5 (Item No. 44952) is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of etomidate (Item Nos. 41826 | 21993) by GC- or LC-MS. Etomidate is categorized as an anesthetic.1,2 Etomidate has been associated with overdose and death.3 Formulations containing etomidate have been used as anesthetics. This product is intended for analytical forensic applications. This product is also available as a general research tool (Item No. 40297).
