    Product Description

    NSP-DMAE-NHS is a zwitterionic acridinium ester chemiluminescent probe.1 It displays a chemiluminescent emission maximum of 426 nm in the presence of alkaline peroxides. NSP-DMAE-NHS is amine reactive and maintains its chemiluminescent signal when incorporated into biomolecule conjugates and has been conjugated to an antibody and used in immunoassays utilizing magnetic nanoparticles.2
