    Product Description

    Kanna Alkaloids Mixture (Item No. 45074) is an analytical reference standard mixture containing alkaloids found in the kanna (S. tortuosum) plant that can be used in the qualitative identification of key kanna alkaloids. The mixture contains mesembrine, mesembrenone, (±)-Δ7-mesembrenone, and mesembranol. The mixture is supplied in an amber ampule in which the headspace has been purged with argon. It is designed for use in method development and as a reference standard for these substances during routine analytical checks using HPLC-UV and LC-MS instrumentation. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
