    Product Description

    PROTAC Mcl degrader-1 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) composed of a myeloid cell leukemia-1 (Mcl-1) inhibitor conjugated to the cereblon (CRBN) inhibitor pomalidomide (Item No. 19877) via an alkyl linker.1 It induces degradation of Mcl-1 in HeLa cells with a half-maximal degradation concentration (DC50) value of 0.76 µM. PROTAC Mcl degrader-1 induces selective degradation of Mcl-1 over Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, murine double minute 2 (MDM2), and tubulin in HeLa cells when used at a concentration of 10 µM. It inhibits the growth of H23 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells in a concentration-dependent manner.
