    Product Description

    VT104 is an inhibitor of TEA domain transcription factor (TEAD) autopalmitoylation.1 It inhibits autopalmitoylation of TEAD1-4 in HEK293 cells expressing the human transcription factors when used at a concentration of 3 µM. VT104 inhibits the growth of NCI-H2052, NCI-H2373, and NCI H226 mesothelioma cells (IC50s = 31.6, 25.6, and 16.1 nM, respectively). In vivo, VT104 (1, 3, and 10 mg/kg) reduces tumor volume in an NCI H226 mouse xenograft model.
