    Product Description

    C14-306 is an ionizable cationic lipid that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA in vitro and in vivo.1 LNPs containing C14-306 and encapsulating a luciferase mRNA reporter induce luminescence to a greater extent in SH-SY5Y cells than in hCMEC/D3 cells. Intravenous administration of LNPs containing C14-306 accumulate in the mouse brain, liver, and spleen.
