    Product Description

ICA is an inhibitor of small conductance calcium-activated potassium channel 1 (KCa2.1/SK1) and KCa2.2/SK2(IC50s = 43 and 123 nM, respectively, in HEK293 cells expressing the rat channels).1 It prolongs atrial action potential duration and atrial effective refractory period (AERP) and reduces burst pacing-induced atrial fibrillation in isoprenaline- or carbachol-stimulated isolated rat atrial tissue at a concentration of 10 µM.2 ICA is also active against M. tuberculosis H37Rv (MIC = 0.39 µM).3

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
