    Product Description

    UC-112 is a Smac mimetic.1 It reduces the level of survivin and induces apoptosis in A375 melanoma and PC3 prostate cancer cells and inhibits the growth of A375, M14 human melanoma, PC3 and DU145 prostate cancer cells (IC50s = 1.6, 2.5, 0.7, and 3.4 µM, respectively). In vivo, UC-112 (20 and 40 mg/kg) reduces tumor growth and intratumoral levels of survivin in an A375 mouse xenograft model.
