    Product Description

    eIF4A i28 is an inhibitor of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A (eIF4A).1 It inhibits the ATPase and helicase activities of eIF4A with IC50 values of 8.6 and 6.6 µM, respectively, in cell-free assays. eIF4A i28 reduces the viability of BJAB Burkitt lymphoma cells (EC50 = 0.46 µM).
