    Product Description

    TNF-α-IN-2 is an inhibitor of TNF-α.1 It inhibits TNF-α-induced secretion of a secreted placental alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter in HEK-Blue cells (IC50 = 27 nM). TNF-α-IN-2 (10 mg/kg) reduces paw TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 levels and swelling in a mouse model of α-collagen antibody-induced arthritis.
