    Product Description

    Filaminast is an inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4; IC50 = 0.42 µM).1 It is selective for PDE4 over PDE3 (IC50 = 15 µM) and a panel of receptors at 10 µM. Filaminast induces relaxation in precontracted isolated guinea pig tracheal rings sensitized to PDE4 effects through PDE3 inhibition. In vivo, filaminast induces bronchodilation in anesthetized bronchoconstriction-stabilized dogs (ED50 = 0.1 mg/kg).
