    Product Description

TSI-13-57 is an inhibitor of MyD88 adapter-like protein (Mal), also known as toll/IL-1 receptor domain-containing adaptor protein (TIRAP), homodimerization and of toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling.1 It inhibits the secretion of TNF-α induced by agonists of TLR9, -7, -2, or -4 in RAW 264.7 macrophages (IC50s = 2.7, 6.03, 7.37, and 6.38 µM, respectively). TSI-13-57 (100 and 200 mg/kg) reduces LPS-induced increases in TNF-α levels in mouse plasma.
