    SM-102 is an ionizable cationic lipid that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA and plasmid DNA.1,2 SM-102 is manufactured as an excipient suitable for use in LNP preparation and small molecule encapsulation at Cayman Chemical in Ann Arbor, MI. GMP material appropriate for clinical trials is available. (NOTE: This product is subject to licensing for use in commercial applications.)
