    Product Description

    SPACE peptide is a skin-penetrating and cell-entering (SPACE) peptide.1 It is internalized in keratinocytes, fibroblasts, human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), and MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells via macropinocytosis, a form of endocytosis. SPACE peptide-containing conjugates have been used to deliver proteins and siRNA in vitro and in vivo.
