    Oligopeptide-20 is a peptide that corresponds to amino acids 55-66 of mature insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1).1 It increases growth of keratinocytes and fibroblasts and the levels of procollagen, laminin, and fibronectin in keratinocytes. Oligopeptide-20 (100 mg/animal), as part of a peptide nanosome-based skin cream formulation, increases thickness of the keratinocyte and epidermal skin layer in mice.
