    Product Description

Benzoxiquine is a benzoic acid ester of 8-hydroxyquinoline.1 It inhibits the protein-protein interaction between the synaptic adhesion molecules neurexin-1-α and leucine-rich repeat transmembrane neuronal protein 2 (LRRTM2; IC50 = 45 µM).2 Benzoxiquine inhibits the proliferation of MIA PaCa-2 and PANC-1 pancreatic, HCT116 colon, and KYSE-70 esophageal cancer cells (IC50s = 5.4, 4.9, 3.7, and 6.6 µM, respectively).3
