    Hydroxy acetildenafil is a hydroxylated derivative of acetildenafil (Item No. 12049) and a derivative of the phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor sildenafil (Item No. 10008671).1 It has been found in pre-mixed bulk powder intended as a dietary supplement.
