    Product Description

Coralyne is a DNA topoisomerase I poison.1 It inhibits DNA topoisomerase I via stabilization of the DNA-enzyme complex and inhibition of DNA relaxation. It is selective for DNA topoisomerase I over DNA topoisomerase II at 100 µg/ml.2 Coralyne (100-400 mg/kg) increases survival in P388 and L1210 murine leukemia models.3

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
