    Product Description

    SARS-CoV-2-IN-31 is a pyrazolone derivative that has antiproliferative activity.1 It inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast, HeLa cervical, and PC3 prostate cancer cells (IC50s = 38.36, 38.46, 28.84, and 30.62 µM, respectively). SARS-CoV-2-IN-31 is predicted to bind the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) main protease (Mpro), also known as 3C-like protease (3CLpro), based on molecular docking.
