    Product Description

    SARS-CoV-IN-33 is a pyrazolone derivative that has antiproliferative activity.1 It inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast, HeLa cervical, and PC3 prostate cancer cells (IC50s = 5.45, 9.47, 22.86, and 28.44 µM, respectively) but not Ishikawa endometrial adenocarcinoma or HEK293 cells (IC50s = >40 µM for both).
