    Product Description

    Enalaprilat-d5 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of enalaprilat (Item No. 17603) by GC- or LC-MS. Enalaprilat is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor (IC50 = 5.8 nM) and an active metabolite of the prodrug enalapril (Item No. 16041).1,2 It reduces the pressor response induced by angiotensin I in hypertensive rats when administered at a dose of 10 mg/kg.2
