    Product Description

    0990CL is an inhibitor of the G protein subtype Gαi1.1 It inhibits Gαi1 nucleotide exchange by 25% and Gαq nucleotide exchange by <10% at 300 µM. 0990CL (0.1 µM) reverses UK 14304-induced decreases in cAMP in forskolin-stimulated HEK293 cells expressing the α2-adrenergic receptor (α2-AR).
