    Product Description

BMS-1001 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and PD-1 ligand (PD-L1; IC50 = 2.25 nM in a cell-free assay).1 It has been used in the synthesis of a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) that drives PD-L1 degradation in MC-38 colon cancer cells.2 Conjugates containing BMS-1001 have been used as PET radiotracers for imaging PDL-1 expression in an A549-hPDL1 lung cancer mouse xenograft model.3
