    Product Description

Indobufen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and COX inhibitor.1 It reduces thromboxane B2 (TXB2) but not prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) levels in LPS-stimulated isolated human monocytes. Indobufen inhibits collagen-induced ATP release and platelet aggregation in isolated human platelet-rich plasma (PRP).2 It reduces arachidonic acid-induced mortality in mice and rabbits (ED50s = 1.3 and 0.58 mg/kg, respectively).3

WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
