    Dipeptide 2 is an inhibitor of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE; IC50 = 1.4 µM).1 It reduces systolic blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats at 100 mg/kg. Formulations containing dipeptide 2 have been used in cosmetics and skin care products.
