    Acetyl hexapeptide-1 is an oligopeptide.1 It increases pigmentation in reconstructed epidermis composed of human melanocytes and keratinocytes seeded onto a collagen substrate when used alone at 10 nM and has a synergistic effect when used in combination with N-acetyl-L-tyrosine (Item No. 34345) and caffeine (Item No. 14118).
