    Product Description

Auristatin PE is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor, an anticancer agent, and a derivative of dolastatin 10.1 It inhibits tubulin polymerization (IC50< = 2.2 µM), completely inhibits the proliferation of WSU-WM Waldenström's macroglobulinemia cells at 100 pg/ml, and induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and apoptosis in the same cells at 10 pg/ml.1,2 Auristatin PE induces tumor regression in MX-1 breast cancer, LX-1 lung cancer, and WSU-WM mouse xenograft models.
