    Product Description

    Mc-MMAE is a protease-resistant, reactive drug-linker molecule containing the antimitotic and anticancer agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE; Item No. 16267) and a maleimidocaproyl (Mc) linker.1,2 It has been used in the generation of protein nanoparticle-drug conjugates with anticancer activity.1 Mc-MMAE has also been conjugated to HRP for the quantification of MMAE-conjugated antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in plasma using a competitive ELISA.2
