    Product Description

    Duostatin 5 is an anticancer agent and a derivative of MMAF (Item No. 30197).1 It has been linked to ZV05, an antibody targeting the 5T4 antigen selectively expressed by tumor cells, to form an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). Duostatin 5 linked to ZV05 induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase in DU145 prostate and MDA-MB-468 breast cancer cells and reduces tumor volume in DU145 and MDA-MB-468 mouse xenograft models.
