    Product Description

    Auristatin 23 is an anticancer agent and a derivative of MMAF (Item No. 30197).1 It is cytotoxic to SK-MEL-28, A2058, and IGR-37 melanoma cells and COLO 853 colorectal cancer cells (IC50s = 4, 1, 2, and 6 nM, respectively). Auristatin 23 has been conjugated to an anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody as an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), which induces tumor regression in mouse xenograft models.
