Product Description

Bfl-1-IN-6 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between the anti-apoptotic protein Bfl-1 and the pro-apoptotic protein BIM (IC₅₀ = 19 nM).¹ It is selective for Bfl-1 over Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, and Mcl-1 (IC₅₀s = >30, >30, and >100 µM, respectively). Bfl-1-IN-6 binds to and stabilizes Bfl-1, leading to caspase-3 activation in OCI-LY10 diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cells at 0.3-9 µM and in intratumoral tissue isolated from mice in an OCI-LY10 xenograft model following administration of 100 or 300 mg/kg doses.
