Explore how neutrophils shape the immune response in health and disease. This poster highlights neutrophil pathogen defense mechanisms, including phagocytosis, degranulation, and NETosis, as well as neutrophil roles in inflammation and NET-associated pathologies.
DOWNLOAD NOWLeritrelvir is an antiviral agent.1,2 It inhibits the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) main protease (Mpro) that is also known as the 3C-like protease (3CLpro; Ki = 8.4 nM).1 It reduces viral titers of seven SARS-CoV-2 variants (EC50s = 69-135 nM plaque assays) and decreases lung viral titers, lung tissue inflammation injury, and lethality in a K18-hACE2 mouse model of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Leritrelvir inhibits replication of coxsackievirus B4 (CVB4) in HeLa cells (EC50 = 12.64 nM) and reduces viral replication, virus-induced organ lesions, and lethality in CVB4-infected mice at 12 mg/kg.2
