    Product Description

    HQ461 is a molecular glue degrader of cyclin K.1 It induces the degradation of cyclin K in cells with a half-maximal degradation concentration (DC50) value of 0.132 µM. HQ461 promotes the interaction of cyclin-dependent kinase 12 (Cdk12) with DNA damage-binding protein 1 (DDB1), which facilitates cyclin K polyubiquitination in A549 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. It is cytotoxic to A549 cells (IC50 = 1.3 µM).
