    ADX-68692 is a negative allosteric modulator of the follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) that reduces FSH-stimulated increases in progesterone and estradiol levels in primary rat granulosa cells (IC50s = 1 and 0.82 µM, respectively).1 It inhibits estrus and FSH-stimulated ovulation in female rats.
