    Product Description

    DNA2 inhibitor C5 is an inhibitor of the nuclease and helicase DNA2 (IC50 = 20 µM).1 It reduces the proliferation of several cancer cell lines (IC50s = 7.2-95.5 µM) and is synergistic with the DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor camptothecin (Item No. 11694) and the poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor MK-4827 (Item No. 20842). DNA2 inhibitor C5 also inhibits dengue virus NS5 methyltransferase (IC50 = 14.3 µM).2
