    Product Description

    TAU-IN-6 is a tau aggregation inhibitor.1 It inhibits arsenite- or thapsigargin-induced formation of stress granules composed of tau and T-cell-restricted intracellular antigen-1 (TIA-1) in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells (IC50s = <1 µM for both) in an in vitro model of tauopathy.
