    Product Description

    UCCF-853 is an activator and potentiator of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR).1 In primary human bronchial epithelial cells, it activates CFTR at 1-50 µM and potentiates activation of CFTR induced by 8-CPT-cAMP (Item No. 12011) at 20 and 50 µM, effects that can be blocked by glibenclamide (glyburide; Item No. 15009).
